On-site, our production managers coordinate vendor arrivals, oversee load-in and manage sequencing to avoid clashes and ensure timely handover for event start.
We develop relationships with regional growers to secure seasonal stems, which enhances freshness, lowers transport impact and supports local agriculture. This practice allows us to prioritize varieties that perform best in the local climate and to craft palettes that reflect the season authentically and sustainably.
Hanging installations and heavy arches are engineered to certified specifications and installed using rated fixings. We carry out load calculations, use approved hardware and employ qualified riggers for any suspension work. Safety is a non-negotiable element of our practice so installations remain stable throughout the event and during guest activity.
Pricing is presented with clear line items—design, stems, structural elements, on-site labour and transport—so clients can make informed trade-offs between aesthetics, scale, and budget. We offer staged options (core, elevated, showpiece) that let clients visualise the impact of incremental enhancements.
After the event we coordinate breakdown efficiently, reclaim reusable props and arrange for ethical disposal or composting of green waste. When possible, undamaged arrangements can be repurposed or donated in accordance with the client’s brief and venue permissions, extending the life of materials and reducing landfill.
